If you are unsatisfied with your order/product you have received a store credit will be issued to you.

Exchanges

Due to hygiene reasons we do not exchange any of our products. We will only replace your item if it is damaged or defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at info@shopboldnbeautifulboutique.com for further instructions.
